We want you to love your Octagon Spirit gear. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a return policy as follows:

1. Eligibility:

   • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 30 days of receipt.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Customized products, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned.

3. Process:

   • Contact us at support@octagonspirit.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

4. Refunds:

   • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is processed. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
